A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Emir Celovic, EC Software Solutions, Am Bruche 38, 33613 Bielefeld, Germany, Tel.: +4917632101716, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at the Internet address https://cartographr.co/widerruf exercise. If you use this online function, you will be sent without delay an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them which is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.

3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
