Are the relief maps 3D printed?

No (not yet), our relief maps are 2D wall art. The realistic shading gives the prints the effect of an illuminated landscape. We are working on being able to offer “real” 3D relief maps soon.

My desired place isn't included. What can I do?

If you can't find your desired place in the shop, send us an email at [email protected] with the place and the map type, and we'll see whether the map can be created. If you'd like a very specific place (e.g. a particular city), you'll need to commission a custom map (https://cartographr.co/product/individuelle-karte/). Otherwise, we'll add the design to the shop within a few days.

What paper do you use for the prints?

We use only reinforced premium paper (Enhanced Matte Art) with a matte finish and a slightly textured surface. It is archival paper that retains its quality for 100-200 years under optimal conditions.

What is a Giclée print?

Giclée (French for spray, spraying) is a printing process that uses highly precise inkjet printers. It uses lightfast, dye-based or pigmented inks. Giclée prints generally stand for high-resolution, detailed, and color-accurate artworks. Paired with high-quality paper, the result is a museum-quality print. We print our entire range using the Giclée process.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We currently offer payment by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and GiroPay. We are always working to expand our range of payment methods.

Where do you ship to?

We currently sell and ship exclusively within Germany. However, we plan to open our shop to Europe soon.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is charged at a flat rate of €4.99. Shipping is free for orders over €49.

When can I expect my order?

Orders are usually printed and shipped within 48h. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

Can I return my order?

In accordance with our cancellation policy (https://cartographr.co/widerrufsrecht/) the buyer has a 14-day right of cancellation. Please note: Personalized (i.e. customized) products are excluded from the right of cancellation!
